We had an outstanding experience with ANSAR Car Rental & Transportation during our trip to Costa Rica for my son's 16th birthday. We originally called ahead to reserve a rental car, but unfortunately they were fully booked, as were several other rental companies near the airport.

Instead of leaving us without options, Diego went above and beyond by offering private transportation from the airport to our Airbnb in Jacó (about a 1½-hour drive).

Throughout the entire weekend, he made sure my husband and son were taken care of. He provided transportation whenever they needed it, took them on excursions, helped them get discounts on activities, stopped at local stores when needed, and even introduced my son to a local bakery, where he got to try fresh Costa Rican bread that he absolutely loved.

The customer service was exceptional—friendly, reliable, and genuinely caring. Even though we couldn't rent a car, they made our trip stress-free and memorable. I highly recommend ANSAR not only for rental cars but also for private transportation, tours, and excursion planning. Thank you, Diego, for making my son's birthday trip so special! 🇨🇷🎉

I've been in Costa Rica for a long time and have rented from almost every car rental company in the country. I can honestly say this is the best one. They're incredibly helpful, professional, and reliable, with a great selection of vehicles. I can't recommend them highly enough
