Jorge was super helpful and made the effort for me! The car was great and no problems…the fact I couldn’t open the trunk the whole time was entirely my fault!! 😂

Unusually fast and simple. I liked that they didn’t charge a deposit, which in the past has sometimes triggered an alert on my credit card and complicated the rental process. Unlike many other places I’ve rented from, there were no hidden fees or pressure to buy extra insurance. As an added courtesy, the driver picked me up from my hostel (a few blocks away from the agency) and dropped me off at the airport.

Diego and Jorge were both extremely responsive and helpful. When we had an incidental mechanical issue with our car, Jorge drove 4+ hours from San Jose to personally check out the car and swap it with a new one. We will absolutely use Ansar again the next time we are in CR!

J'ai fait beaucoup de recherche avant d'arrêter mon choix sur cette compagnie de location. N'étant jamais aller au Costa Rica et ayant entendu certaines tristes histoires de location, surtout des charges de frais cachés. Notre contact a été Mary, très gentille, la prise de possession de l'auto a pris moins de 15 minutes et ça a pris moins de 5 minutes rapporter l'auto. Nous avons éte très prudent, les routes ne sont pas toujours amicales! Je recommande 100%. Nous avons louer un 4x4 pendant 14 jours, propre et confortable! Que Dieu vous bénisses!

We had a great experience working with Jorge and Ansar car rental on our recent trip to Costa Rica! Jorge was very responsive to my inquiries, and he was very helpful during the whole process. We had 6 people, so we needed an SUV that was spacious enough for all passengers and luggage. Ansar delivered! The car was reliable, spacious, clean and got great gas mileage. We got an upfront price quote with all included fees (including insurance), and there were no hidden fees or surprise charges.

We drove many miles during our weeklong stay, and it was a comfort having a reliable mode of transportation. Jorge met us as the airport both for pickup and drop off, which was very convenient. He provided helpful information about driving in CR, as well as giving directions to our resort. His kindness and friendly personality helped us to feel comfortable as we arrived in a new country! Amazing customer service. They are very professional, caring and understanding. Always Available when I needed the company/Walter for anything. Uitstekend bedrijf. Communicatie gaat bij voorkeur via whatsapp en is ook snel via die weg. Personeel is vriendelijk en klantgericht. Je moet weten dat de auto een paar jaartjes oud is en veel km's op de teller heeft, maar dit is geen probleem bij de solide 4x4s die ze aanbieden. Borg is niet nodig, wel creditcard data achterlaten natuurlijk.
